Come join CLUBWAKA’s CO-ED Cornhole league in South Windsor! 

  • 6 week regular season plus a make up/bonus 7th week.
  • All teams playoffs on the 8th Thursday.
  • Team requirements are: 7 players, 2 males, 2 females minimum, 11 players maximum. You must meet all three team minimums BEFORE the league becomes password protected to ensure free agents are NOT added to your team. If you do NOT meet the three requirements, the coordinator can and will add free agents/friends groups to your team in order to meet the league requirements.
  • Don’t have a full team? No worries. You can sign up as a team, a small friend group, or a free agent. CLUBWAKA is a great way to get your friends and co-workers together or to just meet new people!

Teams with 3+ forfeits during the regular season do not make the playoffs. Otherwise, all team are eligible and make them!

  • Nov 1: Registration opens.
  • Dec 1: Price increases to $49.
  • Jan 8: Registration Deadline for Bar-logo T-shirt (unless league sells out sooner).
  • Jan 17: Final Registration Deadline (unless league sells out sooner).
  • Jan 24: Opening Night!
  • Feb 23: Winter Party at Nomads.
  • Mar 7: End of Regular Season.
  • Mar 14: Playoffs.
  • Apr 13: Spring Kickoff Party at Russian Lady!
  • Minimum of 7 players, 2 females and 2 males, 11 players maximum. 
  • Regular season matches will consist of 3 matches of 3 games.
  • One female must be playing at all times.
  • 3 sets of 2 players per team will constitute a game.
  • All 3 games per set of 2 teammates will go to 21. 
  • If a team goes over 21 points, they will go back to 17 points. The team that went over 21, will throw first the next round.
  • Any team that does not have a minimum of one male and one female will have a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the team will forfeit the first round of games, 3-0. They will have another 10 minutes. After 20 mintues, they will forfeit the game 9-0.
  • Any unsportsmanlike conduct will be met with a ZERO tolerance policy!

  • Majority of players shirts will be handed out week 1, before the first games. If you registered up to 72 hours prior to the season, you'll get your shirt week 2.
  • The season schedule will be posted approximately 1 week before our first games.
  • The season schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather and other factors beyond our control.

Social Themes Schedule:

Week 1: Donation Drive and Nametags - We're kicking the new year off with a donation drive! We're collecting new Winter clothing items such as hats, gloves, jackets, pants, long sleeves, etc for the South Park Inn in Hartford. Coors Light and Nomads/Revolutions have partnered with us in this effort and for each person that brings in one of the mentioned items, you'll get a complimentary Coors Light or Miller Lite draft! Just bring your item to me and I'll hand you a ticket to bring to the bar. The ticket must be redeemed on the first night of play! Thanks everyone in advance for your participation! Additionally, since it’s the first week, if you’d like to wear a nametag to help learn your teammates name, please do!

Week 2: Fun Facts - On a piece of paper (we will provide), have each member of your team write down a fun fact about themselves. There will be no winner for this week… just have fun with it and pick your facts carefully as we will be using them for Week #3!

Week 3: Fun Fact Guessing - The social coordinators will give each captain a list of selected fun facts from Week #2.. Your job (as a team) is to figure out to which team the fun fact belongs to. At the end of the night, the team with the highest percentage of correct answers wins! Mingling with other teams is not cheating, in fact it is encouraged! If there is a tie, those teams will share the trophy for the evening.

Week 4: Valentine’s Day! - Dress up for Valentine’s Day - wear your favorite red or pink accessories. Please note, you still must wear your CLUBWAKA shirt.

Week 5: Trivia Night - Towards the end of the night I will be sending out two riddles/trivia questions. The first team to come find Melanie/Katie and present the correct answer wins! No googling is allowed. If I have concerns of this, I may ask you to explain how you got to your answer.

Week 6: CLUBWAKA Party Photo Contest - CLUBWAKA Party Contest. Go have fun at the Onsie Party on the 23rd. Snap a photo with everyone from your team. Teams with the highest percentage of participation will win! You must send the photo to MKlinck@kickball.com by noon on Tuesday 2/26 to be counted. You must also include the number of people in your photo vs how many people on your team, and their names (so they can be cross-checked with team rosters). All photos will be shared on the CLUBWAKA Facebook page! If there is a tie, the social coordinators will decide by costumes/picture quality.

Week 7: Mardi Gras - Did you know Mardi Gras is Tuesday, March 5th? We’ll have to celebrate late on Thursday - wear the most mardi gras beads that you can. Team with the most collective beads will win!

Week 8: Canned Food Drive - We will be collected cans of food for local food pantries. The team that collects the most will win!
